Separator Vessels

The System-Modules can accommodate either gravity separators with state of the art internals to allow a smaller vessel size to be specified without compromising the separator performance, or dynamic separation devices such as hydrocyclones.

Dependent on the particular field processing requirements, a combination of separation devices can be specified to achieve the required fluid output specification required from the AlphaPRIME system.

In addition to separation of fluids, Alpha Thames works closely with various processing equipment manufacturers and can incorporate purpose-designed dynamic sand removal vessels of proven performance, upstream of all processing equipment.
