Zainol Izzet Bin Mohamed Ishak

Zainol Izzet Bin Mohamed Ishak, aged 49, was appointed to the Board of PPTB as managing Director on 21 April 2010. He graduated Bachelor of Arts in Actuarial Studies from the Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia and a Masters in Business Administration from the Cranfield Business School, United Kingdom.
Encik Izzet began his career as a consultant with Hymans Robertson & Co., Consulting Actuaries, London in 1982. He then joined Messrs Kassim Chan & Co. in 1985 as a Management Consultant. He then left the field of consultancy in 1988 to join Seccolor (M) Industries as its General Manager, a position he held until 1992.
He then joined Sapura Group of Companies in 1992 as General Manager of Corporate Planning, where he was responsible for the strategic planning and business development of the Group. In 1994, he was then appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Sapura Digital Sdn Bhd, one of the pioneer operators of digital cellular phone (ADAM) in the country. Following the sale of Sapura Digital Sdn Bhd by Sapura Group, he was appointed as Senior Vice-President of the Energy Division within the Sapura Group before being appointed as CEO of SapuraCrest Petroleum Berhad on 7 July 2003. He retired as CEO from SapuraCrest Petroleum Berhad on 31 January 2010.
Adarash Kumar A/L Chranji Lal Amarnath

Adarash Kumar A/L Chranji Lal Amarnath,Malaysian, aged 50, was appointed to the Board of Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Berhad on 21 April 2010. He is a qualified master mariner and holds a certificate of competancy as master of a foreign going ship issued by the Malaysian Marine Deparment.
He is presently an Executive Director of EZRA Limited. He has more than 30 year of experience in the marine industry. Prios to joining EZRA, he was Assistant General Manager for Bumi Amada Sdn Bhd, an offsore support services provider based in Malaysia, responsible for its operation. He had also held various positions on bord of vessels while working for the Malaysian International Shiping Corporation.

Dato' Yogesvaran A/L T. Arianayagam, aged 58, a Malaysian, was appointed to the Board of PPTB as a Non-Independent Non- Executive Director on 30th October 2003. He is the Chairman of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK (CIMA), a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and an Associate Member of the British Institute of Management. Chan Feoi Chun, aged 57, a Malaysian, was appointed to the Board of PPTB as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 6 June 2005. He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK (CIMA), a Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Graduate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators UK (ICSA).
