Corro-cillin™
Corro-cillin™ is a specially blended formulation of modified waxes containing organic corrosion inhibitors and thixotropic enhancing agents for long term cavity protection for the protection of flanges and riser clamps, It is a light brown, slightly viscous opaque solution. It also contains UV traces which under an ultraviolet light causes a light blue flourescence for checking treatment. This product requires no heating or disposal as it dries to an almost transparent film.
It involves injecting or spraying the material to temporarily fill the void and to penetrate all the crevices. The flanges and riser clamps are inspectable and when used with CorroCapstm it offers long term protection for nuts and bolts.
