The physical and economic limitations of topside facilities reduce the ability to develop subsea fields. The traditional method to overcome such limitations is to simply not develop certain fields.

Our Solution

Existing fields
AlphaPRIME™ technology provides suitable EOR solutions for existing fields when reservoir presssure declines and pressure boosting is needed to maintain the production. A retrievable Module-Systems with a Docking-manifold can be retrofitted to the existing incoming flowlines. This can be achieved without any disturbance to the existing structures.

A major benefit of the AlphaPRIME retrievable System-Modules is the flexibility to cost-effectively reconfigure the "process" to match changing field conditions throughout the life of field. Changes in well fluid composition, flow rate, temperature and pressure will occur during field life. These changes often cause conditions to be outside of the operating envelope of the original equipment. Moreover, as technology advances, enhancement of the process equipment may be desirable in order to reduce operating expenses, improve efficiencies and extend the economic life of the field.

The retrievable System-Modules can easily and economically be modified, reconfigured or replaced to incorporate such equipment (eg, separation and/or booster pumping) as required to suit the reservoir conditions, at any particular point during field life.
